a.	Plan Commission Meeting: Discussion on Land Subdivision Ordinance
and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.

13.	Consideration and action on: Plan Commission on recommendations on
the re-zone for the American Baptist Assembly.
14.	Consideration and action on: Plan Commission recommendations for
variance request for the ABA.
a.	The public hearing for these matters of the ABA was held on October
2 at the Plan Commission Meeting.
15.	Consideration and action on: Town Hall Rental Agreement
16.	Approve appointments to the Plan Commission:
a.	Chris Robinson (Alternate) to replace Joanne LaMire
b.	Jenna Walker (3 year term) to replace Mary Jane Bumby.
c.	The terms for Joanne LaMire and Mary Jane Bumby expired in
September & October. We wish to thank them for their service on the
Plan Commission.
17.	Suggested agenda items for next meeting.
18.	Next board meeting November 11, 2008  7:00 p.m.
