· Public Comments: (15 minutes) Susan McConnell – Question about
agenda. Consideration will be on all of the items below. Is that what
you will be talking about? Wuest, yes, this is what we talked about
when we reviewed the Comp Plan. Wuest, talked to attorney and we have
some ideas to present to the Commission. Once we get a list of what we
want to change, we then have to decide if we want to change the
Subdivision Ordinance. Or do we want to revoke the Subdivision
Ordinance and go under the county. They have full-time employees year
round. Bierman, the majority of what we talk about in the Comp Plan,
does not affect the Subdivision Ordinance. Discussion continued.
Attorney suggested we leave statistics alone. There is a copy of a
letter from Attorney Blazel about how we go about changing the Comp
Plan, and also an article from State Statutes. Rouse: If you are
going to deep 6 the Subdivision Ordinance, shouldn’t we be comparing
to the County Land Sub-division Ordinance, to see if it is what we
want, and if it isn’t do we want to keep our own. Closed at 6:21 p.m.
