Minutes
1. Call Meeting to order. by Mike Wuest at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Chair, Mike Wuest; Supervisors: Ron Triemstra, Mark
Pettack, Harley Reabe; Treasurer: Kathleen Morris; Clerk: Marian
Mildebrandt. Absent: Sydney Rouse.
2. Pledge of Allegiance said by all in attendance
3. Approve minutes of November 10, 2009 meeting M/S Triemstra/Reabe to
approve as presented: Motion carried 4-0 (Rouse Absent)
4. Monthly Financial Review:
a. Treasurers report Summary of last months financial statements.
b. Clerks report Budget report (monthly) expenses and revenues
5. Assessor report Elizabeth Rowley Reported the State Legislature
has passed a bill that exempts an assessor from trespassing when doing
her job. The State is proposing that the Counties do the assessing.
6. Library report Linda DeNell Activities at the Library - Not
present report on file
7. Building Inspector report Jerry Buhrow, Jr. Building Permits
issued. Not present no report
8. Fire Commission report Orlo Bierman Covering the monthly
meeting. Not present no report
9. City Affairs report Supervisor Rouse Monthly meeting of the
City concerning Town of Brooklyn Not present no report
10. Road Report Supervisor Triemstra Concerning the conditions of
the roads. Waiting for final bill from Northeast Asphalt.
11. Recycling Report Supervisor Reabe. Monthly activities at the
Recycling/Sanitation/Green Waste Center. Slower than summer.
12. Public Comments (15 minutes) Susan McConnell Add Energy
dependent resolution to next months agenda.
13. Chairperson report Chair Wuest
a. Consideration and Action on 2010 Census Sydney Rouse Report on
file April 1st is census date. She has an article to add to the
newsletter.
b. Consideration and Action on Boundary Agreement Town and City of
Green Lake nothing happening.
c. Consideration and Action on: Items for 2010 Newsletter. Survey on
downtown. Wuest: would like each member to add an article for the
newsletter.
14. Consideration and action on: Election Inspectors for a two-year
term. Resolution #2009-07. M/S Pettack/Reabe to pass motion 2009-07
for appointment of election board for 2-year term. Roll Call:
Triemstra, Yes; Reabe, Yes; Pettack, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried
4-0 (Rouse Absent)

15. Consideration and Action on: Fee Schedule for 2010 (Including but
not limited to: Cigarette, Liquor, Bartenders, Dog, Mobile Home, Town
Hall Rental Fee, copies) Resolution 2009-08. M/S Triemstra/ Reabe to
approve Resolution 2009-08 for 2010 1) Temporary Class B/Class B
Retailers was $5.00 going to $10.00; 2) Soda License was $5.00
going to $10.00; 3) Operator License was $20.00 - going to $25.00; 4)
Publication Fee for Liquor License was $5.00 plus cost going to
$25.00; 5) Kennel Transfer of License was $5.00 going to $10.00; 6)
Town Hall Rental was resident/property owners $50.00 going to
$100.00; - non-resident was $100.00 going to $200.00; - Non profit
organizations was nothing suggesting $25.00 donation; 7) Copies
CD was $10.00 per disk going to $10.00 + costs. The rest remain the
same and are posted at the Town Hall. Roll Call: Triemstra, Yes;
Reabe, Yes; Pettack, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 4-0 (Rouse
Absent)

16. Suggested agenda items for next meeting. Resolution for energy
dependent resolution.
17. Next Town Board Meeting, January 12, 2010 7:00 p.m.
18. Adjourn. M/S Reabe/Wuest to adjourn. Motion carried 4 0. (Rouse
Absent)
