Minutes 
 
1.	Call Meeting to order by Mike Wuest at 7:00 p.m. 
Present: Mike Wuest, Chair; Sydney Rouse, Supervisor; Susan McConnell,
Supervisor; Kathleen Morris, Treasurer; and Marian Mildebrandt,
Clerk.
2.	Pledge of Allegiance said by all in attendance 
3.	Approve minutes of January 13, 2009. M/S McConnell/Rouse to approve
minutes, Motion carried 3-0 
4.	Monthly Financial Review: 
a.	Treasurer’s report – Tax were collected 60 percent of total roll.
Brooklyn’s portion of that is $401,686.03 total. 
b.	Clerk’s report. 
5.	Assessor report – Elizabeth Rowley  - Final date for Board of
Review was October 24, 2008. Property Owners had 90 days to file
objections with Circuit Court. We have had 3 objections filed this
way. 
6.	Library report – Linda DeNell -  Report on file. 
7.	Building Inspector report – Jerry Buhrow, Jr. – Report on file. 
8.	Fire Commission report – Orlo Bierman – Received e-mail with
pictures of the new tanker. 
9.	City Affairs report – Supervisor Rouse – Report on file. 
10.	County Board report – Supervisor McConnell. County Board did not
meet in January. 
11.	Public Comments (15 minutes) – Clerk; Primary election 2/17/09.
McConnell there will be a League of Voters will be held 2/12/09 7:00
p.m. at the Green Lake High School multipurpose room. 
12.	Chairperson report – Chair Wuest 
a.	Road Report – Snowplowing, salt & sand usage – Snow is melting, and
problem is runoff. We are halfway through our salt allotment 
b.	Plan Commission Report – Joint meeting of Board & Commission
reviewed The Intergovernmental Cooperation and Land Use Plan Agreement
between the City of Green Lake and the Town of Brooklyn.  Decision:
Send it back to the city and wait for the feedback on it.  There will
be a plan commission meeting on March 5 at 6:00 p.m. 
c.	Resolution 2009-03. To close N. Lawson Drive, north & south
entrances per agreement with DOT for Highway 23 reconstruction in
2013.. Reading of resolution by Wuest. M/S Wuest/McConnell to approve
Resolution 2009-03.  Discussion  - none. 
Roll:  Rouse, Yes; McConnell, Yes; Wuest, Yes, Motion carried 3-0. 
13.	Clerk report on FEMA reimbursement: 
a.	Consideration and action on Resolution 2009-04 Budget Adjustment of
FEMA reimbursement to be placed in budget. (Road Reimbursement will
hold in CD’s until Annual meeting in April). M/S Rouse/Wuest to adopt
budget resolution 2009-04. Discussion. Roll Call: Rouse, Yes;
McConnell, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 3-0 
14.	Suggested agenda items for next meeting. Clerk, Operator’s License
approval. 
15.	Next board meeting March 10, 2009  7:00 p.m. 
16.	 Adjourn – M/S Rouse/McConnell, to adjourn Motion carried 3-0  
8:00 p.m.
