Call Meeting to order by Mike Wuest at 7:04 p.m. Present: Mike Wuest, Chairman; Sydney Rouse, Supervisor, Susan McConnell, Supervisor; Kathleen Morris, Treasurer; Marian Mildebrandt, Clerk 2. Pledge of Allegiance said by all in attendance 3. Approve minutes of February 5, 2009 Joint Meeting with Plan Commission M/S Rouse/Wuest to approve minutes as presented. Motion carried 3-0. Approve minutes of February 10, 2009 Town Board Meeting. M/S Wuest/Rouse to approve minutes as presented. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Monthly Financial Review: a. Treasurers report on file b. Clerks report on file 5. Assessor report Elizabeth Rowley - 6. Library report Linda DeNell on file 7. Building Inspector report Jerry Buhrow, Jr.- not present report on file 8. Fire Commission report Orlo Bierman - Election of officers remain the same. Fire truck arrived. GL County Fire Chiefs received a grant for purchasing new fire hoses. 9. City Affairs report Supervisor Rouse. Committee of the Whole will meet on March 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. for purpose of reviewing the Intergovernmental Cooperation & Land Use Planning Agreement between the City of Green Lake and Town of Brooklyn. report on file. 10. County Board report Supervisor McConnell report on file The Board thanked Susan for her 12 years of service. 11. Public Comments (15 minutes) - None 12. Chairperson report Chair Wuest a. Road Report Reported on road conditions. b. Plan Commission Report. Consideration and action on Plan Commission Recommendations for rezone and land divisions to create a new CSM for: Landowner/applicant: Jodi Timler Olmen and Brian Olmen. General legal description: Part of the SE Ό of Section 22, T16N R13E, Town of Brooklyn. Tax Parcel No. 004-00533-0400 and 004-00533-0500 3.09 acres. Address of site: W905 Sunnyside Road; Planned public hearing date: March 5, 2009. Request: To rezone 3+ acres from A-3 Light Agricultural to R-1 Single Family Residential. Plan commission recommendation was to approve create a new CSM and rezone the 3+ acres from A-3 to R- 1. Discussion: Mr. Deering explained request. M/S Wuest/Rouse to approve the new CSM. Discussion None. Roll Call: McConnell, Yes; Rouse, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 3-0 M/S Rouse/Wuest to approve the re-zone from A-3 Light Agricultural to R-1 Single Family Residential per Plan Commission recommendation. Discussion None. Roll Call: McConnell, Yes; Rouse, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 3-0 Consideration and action on: Operator license for Phyllis Peterson. M/S Wuest/McConnell to approve the operation license for Phyllis Peterson, Discussion: None Roll Call McConnell, Yes; Rouse, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 3-0 c. Consideration and action on: Calling Board of Review Back into session. Wuest Reason is we had a bad disk. The Court mandated a re-hearing on Nienhouse and Murphy Trust Properties only. March 30, 2009 will be date for Board of Review 9:00 a.m. M/S Wuest/ Rouse, that we are going to re-convene the Board of Review On March 30, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Discussion: None- Roll Call: McConnell, Yes; Rouse, Yes; Wuest, Yes. Next Town Board Meeting, April 14, 2009 7:00 p.m. Clerk reminded everyone that April 7, 2009 was election and April 21, 2009 7:00 p.m. Annual Meeting. 15. Adjourn. M/S Wuest/McConnell to adjourn.
