TOWN OF BROOKLYN NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING February 7, 2008 6:00 PM Town Office — N5988 County Road A ---- Green Lake, WI E-mail: townofbrooklyn@centurytel.net Web: www.townofbrooklyn.com NOTICE: Members of the Town of Brooklyn Board may attend the Town of Brooklyn Plan Commission meeting at the above-specified time and place. Members would attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following Agenda. The Town Board members at this meeting will take no votes or other action. Minutes · Call meeting to order – by Mike Wuest at 6:00 p.m. Present: Mike Wuest, Chair; Mary Jane Bumby; Roger Priebe, Jr.; Ron Triemstra; Sharon Esslinger; Orlo Bierman; Harley Reabe, and Marian Mildebrandt, Clerk · Pledge of Allegiance by all in attendance · Approve minutes of the last Plan Commission from January 3, 2008. M/S Reabe/Bierman to approve minutes as presented. Motion carried 6-0 · Public Comments (15 minutes) - none · Consideration and action on pages 59-91 of the Comprehensive Plan Ordinance Review. Discussion –Transportation: Page 60 – Under Modes of Transportation (Circulation….) And last sentence starting with “However” MW – suggestion is that we bullet items and then present to attorney to make sure we can make changes and then present to town board. Page 61 do we have to update charts T-2. Page 62 – Type error in paragraph 2 safety ---- fore (for). Utilities & Community Facilities:– Page 69 re-write last paragraph. Add disclaimer that all statistics will remain the same as when written. Page 71 – Municipal Offices – change. Ask attorney if costs, etc. should be updated, or just indicated that they are from passage of plan - Page 72 list of equipment? Is it necessary? Orlo Bierman will review this with the Fire Commission. Also the 1st Responder part of the report. We will give the Library section to Linda DeNell for her update. Page 73. ---- Page 74 – Harley will get updated numbers from GL School Agricultural, Natural & Cultural Resources: Page 77 – Delete under Goal – Ordinance for holding tanks. – Page 78 – lot size and compact – what does it mean—they should relate to each other. Bottom of page delete last sentence. Page 87 2 duplicates. · Set next meeting date & time. March 6, 2008 – 6:00 p.m. o Suggest agenda items for next meeting - pages 92-123. · Adjourn. – M/S Reabe/ Triemstra to adjourn, Motion carried 6-0 7:25 p.m. Requests from persons with disabilities that need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Town Office at 294-6600 with as much advance notice as possible.
