NOTICE: Members of the Town of Brooklyn Board may attend the Town of
Brooklyn Plan Commission meeting at the above-specified time and
place. Members would attend for the purpose of gathering information
regarding the following
Agenda. The Town Board members at this meeting will take no votes or
other action.

Minutes  

·	Call meeting to order by Mike Wuest – 6:00 p.m.
o	Present:  Mike Wuest, Chair; Harley Reabe, Ron Triemstra, Mary Jane
Bumby; Orlo Bierman; Joann LaMire, Marian Mildebrandt, Clerk
·	Pledge of Allegiance  - said by all in attendance
·	Approve minutes of the last Plan Commission from December 6, 2007.
M/S Reabe/Triemstra to approve the minutes 12/6/207 Motion carried. 
·	Public Comments (15 minutes)  No one present
·	Consideration and action on the 1st 60 pages of the Comprehensive
Plan Ordinance Review. After much discussion, it was decided that Item
4 on page 50 would be discussed at the last meeting of the Comp Plan
review. This was a statement that was not general and set a rule for
lot sizes. Only place in the first 60 pages where it was set as
definite lot sizes.
·	Set next meeting date & time – February 7, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
o	 Suggest agenda items for next meeting – Pages 59 thru 91.
·	Adjourn. –  7:15 p.m. 

·	Requests from persons with disabilities that need assistance to
participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Town
Office at 294-6600 with as much advance notice as possible.
