NOTICE: Members of the Town of Brooklyn Board may attend the Town of
Brooklyn Plan Commission meeting at the above-specified time and
place. Members would attend for the purpose of gathering information
regarding the following Agenda. The Town Board members at this meeting
will take no votes or other action.

Agenda


1.	Call meeting to order  
2.	Pledge of Allegiance  
3.	Approve minutes of the last Plan Commission from April 2, 2009. 
4.	Public Comments: (15 minutes) 
5.	Applicant: Green Lake Conference Center
a.	For a variance to create a land area that will not have access to
or frontage on a public road, along Log Cabin Road. Property
information: Parcels 004-00914-0000 & 004-00916-0000. + 7.4818 acres.
Section 35, Town 16 North, Range 12 East. Current zoning
classification RC. Current use of property – is privately owned,
seasonal park, model homes on campsites, owned by the applicant and
additional recreational land. Detailed description of proposed use:
this land area will be a donation of real estate to the Green Lake
School District by the American Baptist Assembly, Inc. d/b/a/ Green
Lake conference Center for educational, recreational and conservation
purposes.

d.	Consideration and action on above said variance request for the
Green Lake Conference Center. 
6.	Applicant: Green Lake Conference Center
a.	For a variance to create a land area that will not have access to
or frontage on a public road. This land area will be a sale of real
estate to the Green Lake Sanitary District by the American Baptist
Assembly, Inc. d/b/a Green Lake Conference Center. Property
information: Parcel 004-00946-0000-Abbreviated legal description. 
Fractional NW ј of the SW ј, Section 36, Town 16 North, Range 12
East., except that part CSM 1472 lying therein & exc. that part parcel
944.1 lying therein. And part of Parcel 004-00944-0000, lying south of
Hillside Road to the shore of Norwegian Bay and extending East
approximately 550 feet from the West line of parcel 944. All lands in
this section are south of Hillside Road.

d.	Consideration and action on above said 2nd request for the Green
Lake Conference Center.
