Minutes 

Ø	Call Meeting to order by Mike Wuest at 4:30 p.m. 
Present: Mike Wuest, Chair; Sydney Rouse, Supervisor; Susan McConnell,
Supervisor; Marian Mildebrandt, Clerk

Ø	Pledge of Allegiance said by all in attendance

Ø	 Certification of posting and compliance with Open Meetings Law –
Clerk: Posted at Town Hall, Classic Auto Service, 1st National
Bank/Green Lake Branch and Recycling/Sanitation Center. Faxed to GL
Reporter and posted on website

Ø	Consider and adopt motion related to approval of the preliminary
plat of the Estates of Lawsonia. M/S Wuest/ Rouse   - I will make a
motion , consistent with the Stipulation and Order of the Court in the
case of Lindenwood Development, et al. vs. Town of Brooklyn and Town
of Brooklyn Plan Commission to approve the preliminary plat of the
Estates of Lawsonia. 

Discussion: Rouse – is for the whole thing, or just for the 97 sites.
Wuest, - only for the 97 sites.

Roll Call:  Wuest, - Yes  ;  McConnell, Yes ;  Rouse, Yes Motion
carried 3-0 

Ø	Adjourn M/S Wuest/McConnell to adjourn. Motion carried 3-0   4:35
p.m.
