Minutes

 1.  Call meeting to order. By Mike Wuest, Chair at 3:05 p.m.
      Present:  Mike Wuest, Chair; Sydney Rouse, Supervisor; Susan
McConnell, Supervisor; Marian Mildedbrandt, Clerk and Mark Hazelbaker,
Attorney.
2.    Pledge of Allegiance. Said by  all in attendance
3.    The Town Board will convene in closed session pursuant to sec.
19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring in confidence with legal
counsel who are to render oral or written advice to the Town
concerning (a) pending litigation between Lawsonia, Inc., and the Town
of Brooklyn and (b) the annexation petition of Lawsonia, Inc., et al.
M/S Wuest/ McConnell to close into closed session. Discussion  - none:
  Roll Call:   Susan Yes,  Sydney Yes,, Mike yes – 3-0 
4.    The Town Board will reconvene in open session pursuant to sec.
19.84, Wis. Stats.
5.    The Town Board may adopt a motion or motions with respect to
matters discussed in closed session concerning implementation of
strategy in the litigation between Lawsonia, Inc. and the Town, and
also with respect to the annexation petition by Lawsonia, Inc., et
al.
6.	Adjournment.
