Minutes 
 
1.	Call Meeting to order Present: Mike Wuest, Chair; Sydney Rouse;
Mark Pettack; Ron Triemstra; Harley Reabe; Supervisors and Marian
Mildebrandt, Clerk; John Blazel, Town Attorney
2.	Pledge of Allegiance said by all in attendance
3.	Public Hearing (7:10): for the amendments to the Town’s
Comprehensive Plan (Exhibit A). Lot sizes to conform to the Town’s
Land Subdivision Ordinance; other minor changes to correct errors in
original Comprehensive Plan. – Attorney Blazel gave description of why
we are doing this. 
4.	Close Public Hearing 7:45
5.	Consideration and action on: Exhibit A Amendments to the Town’s
Comprehensive Plan. Discussion: Rouse: Read statement. Report on file.
Pettack, Ordinance should have the controls. Comp Plan is a plan.
Reabe. Better to manage in the ordinance than the comp plan. Pettack –
GL County Subdivision plan is 20,000 square feet. Rouse – feels that
the lot sizes should be handled in the subdivision ordinance.
Wuest – gave credit to those who worked on the plan. There is a
conflict between the comp plan and subdivision ordinance. M/S
Triemstra/Reabe – move that we accept Exhibit A amendments to the Comp
Plan as recommended by the Plan Commission.  Discussion – Rouse – Page
62 – additional change Highway 23 is projected to be constructed.
Page 79 – Use Item 8 above for first paragraph. #12 Page 103 – First
sentence of Paragraph 4 is to be deleted.  #20 Page 123 – Strategy –
Item 2 delete. M/S Rouse/ Triemstra to accept the clarifications that
were presented above. Discussion on amendment – none:  Roll Call on
amendment:  Rouse, Yes; Pettack, Yes; Reabe, Yes; Triemstra, Yes;
Wuest, Yes. Motion carried 5-0 to approve amendment. 
M/S Triemstra/Reabe to approve motion as amended by Rouse.  Discussion
– None:  Roll Call:  Rouse, Yes; Pettack, Yes; Reabe, Yes; Triemstra,
Yes; Wuest, Yes. Motion Carried 5-0. 
6.	Adjourn.  M/S Reabe/Triemstra to adjourn 8:15 p.m.  Motion carried
5-0
