FEMA Green Lake County Mobile Disaster Recovery Center to Open Tuesday, July 22nd To further help individuals who have suffered storm damage, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) have established a Disaster Recovery Center in Green Lake County. This temporary office is designed to meet the needs of individuals who have applied for assistance under President Bush’s June 14, 2008, disaster declaration and may have further questions about assistance. Individuals may visit the center to: · Receive information on disaster assistance programs. · Receive information concerning U.S. Small Business Administration disaster loans and help completing disaster loan applications. · Learn cost-effective measures to reduce measures to the impact of future disasters. Location and Operating Hours: Our Lady of the Lake Church 530 Ruth Street Green Lake, WI 54941 Beginning Tuesday, July 22, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. And July 23rd to the 26th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is a temporary office, so take advantage of the center and the valuable resources available at no cost. If you suffered damage from the storms, you can apply for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or at www.fema.gov or TTY 1-800-462-7585 for those with speech or hearing impairment.
